Mortonhall has a number of residential properties that previously housed estate employees which are now available for rent.
The estate is committed to providing quality rented housing and excellent landlord tenant relations. As a mark of this commitment the estate is proud to be an accredited landlord with LAS (Landlord Accreditation Scotland). This badge of assurance is designed to give customers certainty, clarity and confidence that their expectations will be met.
Estate policy over the last 20 years has been to refurbish let properties to modern standards with the objective of significantly improving the quality of the Mortonhall's housing stock.
